So you’ve gone ahead and set yourself the fun task of putting up your trampoline on Christmas Eve!!

Ideally you should check your boxes as soon as they arrive. Whilst we have the utmost confidence that all parts will be delivered, it’s always a good idea to double check that all parts are in the boxes provided. The full inventory list for your product will be in the installation guide. If you notice anything missing, please contact us straight away.
Take the time to decide on the best location for your trampoline. We recommend a space that is flat and free from debris with enough space around it to ensure jumpers aren’t at risk of damaging themselves or bouncing into anything.
Taking the time to read the guides or watch the support videos online before you put the trampoline together will help on the day. This way if you have any questions at all, you can contact our team and we can talk you through any issues or concerns.
On the day allow yourself 3-4 hours to install the trampoline safely. Taking things slowly means less mistakes and less stress. Remember to follow the instruction guides and videos for all support and tips and don’t forget to smile 🙂 The joy you will see on your child’s face when they see what Santa has brought them will be priceless.
